900 Series In Wall Speakers
High Performance Inset Grille Speakers

frame design for smaller theaters. The 960c is a 3-way with a horizontal orientation for placement above or below a TV. The 970 is a larger version of the 960, designed for mid-sized theaters. We offer the 900 Series In-Wall Subwoofer to match the tonal balance and aesthetic of the 900 Series.
Constrained High Mass Frame
Modeled after our acclaimed JAM in-wall speakers, we combine an aluminum frame and a 1" sheet of medium density fiberboard for true sonic fidelity. By using this frame, instead of a typical plastic unit, we dramatically increase the sonic impact of the system. You’ll hear deeper bass, and improved midrange clarity.
Drive Units
Our audiophile silk dome tweeter is the key to our system’s performance. This high power handling, broad dispersion drive unit spreads sound evenly throughout the room. The anodized aluminum bass unit stays pistonic throughout its operating range — for reduced distortion and tighter bass.
Our exclusive Pi Space Tuning overcomes “bloated” midbass gain when the speaker is placed near walls or ceiling.
Vocal Integrity® System Design
We’ve designed and tested our systems to exhibit the lowest level of distortion in the
critical midrange — especially off axis. This requires attention to all elements of the design, from driver parameters to crossover tolerances. The end result is a series of speakers that outperform the field when used in theater applications.
Floating Grilles
We take the aesthetic design of our products seriously, and have found ways to minimize the intrusiveness of speakers in your living environment. Our floating grille sits flush with the frame and is held on with strong magnets. There’s no exposed hardware, and no “picture frame” appearance.
Weather Resistant Construction
You can place 900 Series speakers in high humidity areas, like kitchens, bath, and protected outdoor settings. All exposed components are weather resistant.

Distributed Audio Systems
900 Series speakers have high sensitivity, making them perfect for multi-room systems. With broad off-axis dispersion (-6 dB at 45°), these speakers will easily fill a
room without hot spots or drop-outs.
Theater Systems
We offer five models of the 900 Series in-wall speakers for your home theater applications. The 940 is a satellite speaker for distributed audio and small theaters. The 960 is a small
